|Dessert topping mix||3 Ounce (Two 1.5 Ounce Envelope)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Green creme de menthe||2 Tablespoon|
|White creme de cacao||1 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate chip cookies||1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled|
In mixing bowl combine first 4 ingredients; mix using low speed of electric mixer.
Beat at high speed about 2 minutes or till soft peaks form; beat 2 minutes more.
Layer mixture into parfait glasses, using about 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs between each layer.
Top with a piece of crumbled cookie.
Chill in freezer till serving time.
Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
