|Cooked enriched rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ripe raspberries/Other berry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Artificial sweetener||2 Teaspoon (Equal To 2 Teaspoons Sugar Or To Taste)|
|Whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Count 1 Fluid Ounce Evaporated Skimmed Milk)|
Refrigerate all ingredients until mealtime.
Just before serving, lightly mix rice, fruit and topping (save a handsome berry and a dollop of topping for garnish).
Spoon into large parfait glass, add the reserved topping and pretty berry.
