Raspberry-Rice Parfait

  Cooked enriched rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ripe raspberries/Other berry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener 2 Teaspoon (Equal To 2 Teaspoons Sugar Or To Taste)
  Whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Count 1 Fluid Ounce Evaporated Skimmed Milk)

Refrigerate all ingredients until mealtime.
Just before serving, lightly mix rice, fruit and topping (save a handsome berry and a dollop of topping for garnish).
Spoon into large parfait glass, add the reserved topping and pretty berry.
