Ingredients
  Apricots 12
  Water/Cream-flavored dietetic carbonated beverage 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Best whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use 1 Fluid Ounce Evaporated Skimmed Milk Per Serving)
Directions

Cook apricots in water sprinkled with artificial sweetener, if desired, till fruit is soft, but not overcooked.
Spoon alternate layers of Best Whipped Topping and cooked apricots into each of 4 tall highball glasses.
Transfer to freezer and chill for 15 minutes or use at once.
