Ingredients
  Bosc pears/Anjou pears 2 Medium
  Grapenut cereal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Instant pudding 3 5⁄8 Ounce (1 Package, Use Lemon Flavored)
Directions

Dice pears.
Combine grapenuts, coconut, brown sugar, and butter.
Prepare pudding mix according to package directions.
Alternate layers of cereal mixture, pears, and pudding in dessert dishes; chill.
