Grilled Pepper Panini

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, softened (Land O Lakes)
  Chopped garlic 2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  French-style sandwich rolls 6 , split (6 Inch)
  Bell pepper rings 18 (1/8 Inch, Red, Green And Or Yellow)
  Reduced fat mozzarella 3 Ounce, shredded (Alpine LaceĀ® Deli, 3/4 Cup)
  Fresh oregano 2 Tablespoon (Leaves)
Directions

Heat broiler. Combine butter and garlic in small bowl.

To assemble sandwiches, spread 1/2 teaspoon butter mixture onto cut-side of each roll half. Place bottom halves of rolls onto ungreased baking sheet; top each with 3 pepper rings, cheese and 1 teaspoon oregano leaves.

Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted (1 to 1 1/2 minutes).
