Grilled Pepper Panini
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, softened (Land O Lakes)|
|Chopped garlic||2 Teaspoon (Fresh)|
|French-style sandwich rolls||6 , split (6 Inch)|
|Bell pepper rings||18 (1/8 Inch, Red, Green And Or Yellow)|
|Reduced fat mozzarella||3 Ounce, shredded (Alpine Lace® Deli, 3/4 Cup)|
|Fresh oregano||2 Tablespoon (Leaves)|
Heat broiler. Combine butter and garlic in small bowl.
To assemble sandwiches, spread 1/2 teaspoon butter mixture onto cut-side of each roll half. Place bottom halves of rolls onto ungreased baking sheet; top each with 3 pepper rings, cheese and 1 teaspoon oregano leaves.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted (1 to 1 1/2 minutes).
