In part 2 of the College Cooking 101 episode, Ryan shows college student Katie how to make a great panini that can be made in bulk, frozen, and grilled as needed.
Soft white sandwich bread
2 , slices
Sundried tomato paste
150 Gram, sliced
1 Bunch (100 gm)
1.Cut open the soft bread and divide into 4 equal parts.
2.Use 2 teaspoon of sundried tomato paste to spread on the bread.
3.Place a slice of turkey or any other meat,over the paste and add a good layer of cheese over it.
4.Add arugula and cover it up with the other half slice of bread.
5.Pop it in the grill press for a few minutes until it becomes crisp.
6. Serve these moist juicy panini's with tomato ketchup.
