Whole Wheat Soy Pancakes

Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the liquid ingredients together. Stir the flour mixture into the liquids. Refrigerate overnight. Add 1 cup warm water in the morning. Bake on a moderately hot griddle.
Overnight Soy Pancakes Or Waffles
Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg whites stiff but not dry then beat egg yolks and buttermilk together and stir into dry ingredients. Gently fold in beaten egg whites. Spoon batter into medium hot oiled skillet. When pancakes are brown turn them to brown on
Blend milk egg yolks and salt. Stir in flour. Beat well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot unoiled soapstone griddle or into heated oiled pan. Brown lightly on both sides.
