Eggless Pancake

Eggless pancake is made with all the basic ingredients of a regular pancake, except for the eggs, although the method of preparation is same. Egg substitute like baking soda and all-purpose flour are mixed with cold water and whisked till the batter is light and fluffy. Two tips to make the eggless pancakes as fluffy as the ones with the eggs. Cook the pancakes at medium heat and keep them covered till tiny bubbles form on the surface.
