|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk/Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Oil||2 Teaspoon|
Put the sieved flour into a bowl making a well in the centre.
Beat the rest of the ingredients together, pourinq a little in at a time into the well and gradually drawing in the flour from the sides.
Keep mixing until the batter is smooth.
Leave to rest for about 30 minutes and then make into pancakes.
