Cottage Cheese Pancakes
|Plain yogurt||175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Cottage cheese||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|All purpose flour||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream/Plain yogurt||1 Tablespoon|
In blender, process 3/4 cup (175 mL) yogurt, cottage cheese and eggs until blended.
Add flour, soda and salt; process just until mixed, scraping sides of blender, if necessary.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
On lightly greased griddle or skillet, pour batter into 3 inch (8 cm) pancakes and cook over medium heat until bubbles form on surface.
Flip pancakes and cook other side until lightly browned.
Serve hot with sour cream.
