Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 Small
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil/1 small zucchini 2 Tablespoon
  Pancake mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
Directions

Steam zucchini and puree in blender.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Stir only until mixed.
Cook pancakes, turning only once.
