|Grated potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Onion juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Pare large potatoes and cover with cold water.
Let stand 12 hours.
Pour off water and grate potatoes.
Add eggs and mix lightly.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop from tablespoon onto hot well-greased skillet and brown on both sides.
