Lightest Pancakes Ever
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Sifted flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sweet milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
Beat the eggs, sugar and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl.
Stir in a mixture of the buttermilk, baking soda and baking powder.
Stir in a mixture of the salt and flour.
Stir in the sweet milk.
Place in a pitcher to pour onto a hot, lightly greased griddle.
Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the underside is golden brown.
Turn the pancake.
