1)In a blender for the batter beat the flour, cinnamon, oil, soya milk and walnuts into a smooth and fine paste. Set aside in a bowl or cup.
2)Heat a skillet or a frying pan with some oil or in a non-stick pan pour some batter with a ladle or pour some on the skillet in your favorite shape.
3)Cook until golden brown.
4)Serve with your favorite syrups and enjoy!!
