Berry-Bran Pancakes

Ingredients
  Unbleached all purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice bran 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nonfat buttermilk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Egg whites 3 , beaten
  Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped (Fresh Or Frozen)
Directions

1.Sift flour, bran, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda into a large bowl.
2.Combine buttermilk and egg whites.
3.Add buttermilk mixture to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
4.Spoon 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on a nonstick skillet or griddle, lightly sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
5.Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges are lightly browned.
6.Cook on the second side for 2 minutes or until browned.
7.Serve topped with strawberries.
