Healthy Whole Wheat Pancakes
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy flour||1 Tablespoon|
Blend eggs, milk, salt and oil.
Sift flours together into bowl.
Pour liquid mixture over flour.
Blend all until smooth.
Batter should be thin.
Pour batter onto hot, unoiled soap-stone griddle or into heated, oiled pan.
Brown lightly on both sides.
