Sour Milk Pancakes

Ingredients
  Sour milk/Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sifted flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Melted shortening 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put all ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at MIX until well blended.
Bake on a lightly greased griddle until nicely browned.
Turn only once.
