Ingredients
  Buttermilk pancake mix 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine Buttermilk Pancake Mix and water.
Add beaten eggs and oil.
Mix only until blended.
Pour onto a lightly greased 375°F.griddle, and bake until bubbly and brown.
Turn once.
