|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Combine flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, and salt.
Combine egg, buttermilk, and butter; slowly stir into dry ingredients. (Pancake batter will be very thick.)
For each pancake, spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle.
Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges are brown.
Serve pancakes with syrup.
