Cinnamon Pancakes

These Cinnamon Pancakes are awesome ! These Cinammon Pancakes with sweet dips are a breakfaster's pleasure! Eat them and tell me if you like them!
  Barley flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Honey/Syrup 1 Teaspoon

Stir together flour, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
Combine honey, eggs, butter or margarine, milk, and cinammon in Bosch blender.
Pour into flour mixture.
Mix well.
Lightly grease griddle, and heat.
Sprinkle a few drops of water on griddle to test temperature.
When bubbles dance, pour batter into 8 inch circles.
Fry until bubbles appear on surface.
Turn once.
Serve with warm honey or syrup.
Whole wheat, oat, buckwheat, and rye flours, or a combination of these grains, may be used instead of the barley flour.
