Overnight Soy Pancakes Or Waffles

Ingredients
  Soy flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Stone ground cornmeal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low sodium baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Raw honey 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix the dry ingredients.
Beat the liquid ingredients together.
Stir the flour mixture into the liquids.
Refrigerate overnight.
Add 1 cup warm water in the morning.
Bake on a moderately hot griddle.
