Rice Pancake With Tofu

Ingredients
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tofu 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts/Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unrefined safflower oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients except oil, and form into 4 small burger like cakes.
Heat skillet.
Add oil and fry patties until brown on one side.
Turn and brown on the other side.
