Rice Pancake With Tofu

|Cooked brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tofu||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts/Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unrefined safflower oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix all the ingredients except oil, and form into 4 small burger like cakes.
Add oil and fry patties until brown on one side.
Turn and brown on the other side.
