Dollar Nut Pancakes
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Mix ingredients in order given, beating in nuts after all else is smooth.
Drop by teaspoons onto hot skillet or griddle.
When pancake top is covered with bubbles and edges are firm, turn to brown the other side.
Store on a hot platter until ready to bring to the table.
