|Flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Sift together dry ingredients, add milk, mixed with the egg well beaten.
Beat all together until smooth.
Bake on a hot griddle until brown.
Serve with butter.
