Flour Free Pancakes
|Egg whites||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar in the raw||1 Teaspoon|
|Syrup of maple||To Taste|
Whisk together the egg whites, egg, extract and sugar thoroughly.
Heat the mixture over medium/high heat.
Cook the pancake and let the liquid egg mixture slide to the sides to cook.
Flip and cook the other side after sometime.
Transfer to a plate.
Sprinkle with fresh berries or maple syrup or some sugar.
