Flour Free Pancakes

Rich in protein and healthy flour free egg pancakes can be a good way to start your day. Bethanny shows you how to fix these golden and healthy pancakes for a filling and deliciously healthy breakfast recipe.
  Egg whites 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole egg 1
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar in the raw 1 Teaspoon
  Syrup of maple To Taste

Whisk together the egg whites, egg, extract and sugar thoroughly.
Heat the mixture over medium/high heat.
Cook the pancake and let the liquid egg mixture slide to the sides to cook.
Flip and cook the other side after sometime.
Transfer to a plate.
Sprinkle with fresh berries or maple syrup or some sugar.
