These Sourdough Pancakes are a good for a light lunch! These Sourdough Pancakes taste good with savory sauces! What do you say?
Ingredients
  Sourdough starter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix sourdough starter, milk, water, and flour in a bowl.
Blend, leave at room temperature overnight.
Next morning, add rest of ingredients (except oil), mix, but do not beat.
Use a wooden spoon for this.
Heat oil in skillet.
Put in enough batter to make pancakes the size you prefer.
Turn pancakes, and, when done, place on a warmed platter
