|Sourdough starter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Warm water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix sourdough starter, milk, water, and flour in a bowl.
Blend, leave at room temperature overnight.
Next morning, add rest of ingredients (except oil), mix, but do not beat.
Use a wooden spoon for this.
Heat oil in skillet.
Put in enough batter to make pancakes the size you prefer.
Turn pancakes, and, when done, place on a warmed platter
