If you want a heavy breakfast, you should opt for these Rice Pancakes.These Rice Pancakes with apricot sauces taste awesome! Just try them out and let me know what you like the dish !
Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Whole eggs 3
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk/Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix ingredients in order given, adding milk to batter last.
Heat shortening in skillet.
Drop by tablespoons into hot fat.
When golden brown on one side, turn pancake.
Add extra shortening if needed.
Serve rice pancakes with apricot preserves.
