Protein Pancakes

In this recipe protein rich oats are used. This pancake is very easy to make. Add any nuts or dry fruits to it to enhance the flavors and texture.
Ingredients
  Buckwheat flour 70 Gram
  Breakfast oats 70 Gram (Maximuscle promax breakfast oats)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Semi skimmed milk 300 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Agave nectar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, mix buckwheat flour, promax oats and baking powder. Set aside.

MAKING
2. In another bowl add milk, lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and agave nectar. Whisk till combined. Pour this into the oats mixture and mix just until combined (do not overmix).
3. In a frying pan heat few drops of olive oil. Pour a ladle full of the batter and cook on both sides till golden. Repeat this with the remaining batter.

SERVING
4. IN a serving plate, serve hot.
