|Buckwheat flour||70 Gram|
|Breakfast oats||70 Gram (Maximuscle promax breakfast oats)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Semi skimmed milk||300 Milliliter|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Agave nectar||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a bowl, mix buckwheat flour, promax oats and baking powder. Set aside.
2. In another bowl add milk, lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and agave nectar. Whisk till combined. Pour this into the oats mixture and mix just until combined (do not overmix).
3. In a frying pan heat few drops of olive oil. Pour a ladle full of the batter and cook on both sides till golden. Repeat this with the remaining batter.
4. IN a serving plate, serve hot.
