Puff Pancakes With Strawberries And Sour Cream
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared biscuit mix||2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen strawberries||10 Ounce|
Beat eggs until thick and lemony; blend in milk.
Add biscuit mix and sugar; mix just until moistened.
Fold in cooking oil.
Drop by spoonfuls onto hot griddle.
Bake until underside is golden brown and bubbles appear on surface.
Turn; bake other side.
Repeat procedure until all batter is used.
Arrange on large platter; spoon sour cream and strawberries over pancakes.
