3 Cup (48 tbs), chop (for the sweetened strawberry)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for the sweetened strawberry)
1.In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and powdered sugar and blend both ingredients for 1 minute.
2.Add whipping cream and a teaspoon of vanilla essence in the bowl and whip the cream for 3 to 4 minute to get a stiff consistency.
3.In a bowl add butter milk and baking soda and keep it aside for 2-3 minute.
4.In a large bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar and a dash of salt mix all ingredients well.
5.Separate the egg yolk for the white and keep aside.
6.In a small bowl beat the egg yolk and add the melted butter.
7.Add the egg yolk and butter milk mixture to the batter mixture and mix all ingredients well.
8.Add chocolate chip to the batter mixture.
9.Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl and get it to a stiff consistency.
10.Finally add the egg whites to the batter along with a teaspoon of vanilla essence, Mix all ingredients well.
11.The batter will be light and fluffy.
12.Heat olive oil in a large pan use half cup batter mixture and gently pour it onto the pan approximately 3 pancakes at a time.
13.Cook the pancake 2 minute on each side.
14.Let the pancakes cool for a minute.
15.Put the sweet cream filling on top of each layer of the pancakes.
16.And once the final pancake is layered with sweet cream filling top it with the chopped sweetened strawberries.
When the pancake bubble up on one side then you can turn it to the other side.
Soak the strawberries with sugar for about an hour in the refrigerator.
