Healthy Pancake Mix

Chef Keith Snow demonstrates how to make your own homemade (and very healthy) breakfast pancake mix.
Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), stone ground (organic)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), unbleached
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs), stone ground
  Rye flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1) In a zip lock bag, add the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, corn meal, rye flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
2) Seal the bag and mix the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
3) To make pancakes, combine a cup of the flour mixture, 1 1/4 cup milk and 1 egg together.

SERVING
4) Use the Healthy Pancake Mix to make pancakes or store in the freezer until needed.
