Amy's Low-Carb Pumpkin Pancake

Sometimes I get tired of drinking my 'food'-especially when the weather is cooler. There is something about drinking a cold shake when you are already cold. This is a great alternative for those times. I made these for my family while in Hawaii and they were shocked at how great tasting they were. These are almost Carb-Less Protein Pancakes.
Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Protein powder 20 Gram (unflavoured)
  Sugar free fatfree cheesecake pudding mix 2 Gram
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin 30 Gram (10-30)
  Pumpkin spice 1 Pinch
  Splenda To Taste
Directions

MAKING:
1. In a bowl, mix 2 egg whites, 20 grams of protein powder, 2 grams of Fatfree cheesecake pudding mix, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 pinch of pumkpin pie spice and 30 grams of canned pumpkin.
2. Heat a skillet and add the batter into the skillet.
3. Let this cook for 3-5 minutes and flip to cook the other side.

SERVING:
4. Plate and serve these fluffy pancakes as a breakfast dish.

TIP
Be creative with flavor drops and protein powders!
