Amy's Chocolate Pancake

I had this for breakfast this morning. Wasn't feeling like having my egg whites. This felt like a ton of food too!!
Ingredients
  Chocolate protein powder 20 Gram
  Egg whites 2
  Splenda 1 Teaspoon
  Fatfree pudding mix 2 Gram (This is an optional ingredient)
Directions

MAKING:
1. Mix 20 grams chocolate protein powder, 2 egg whites and 1 teaspoon of Splenda in a bowl. You can add 2 grams of fat free pudding mix, if you want.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet and add the batter to make one large pancake.
3. Brown both sides for about 5 minutes.

SERVING:
4. Serve this healthy pancake as a great breakfast along with a portion of fruit.
