Shredded Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Crushed shredded whole wheat cereal biscuits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients, and set aside.
Combine egg, milk, and oil; stir well.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray.
Turn pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges are browned.
