Maple Almond Pancakes

Ingredients
  Almond meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Kosher salt 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon powder 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 2 Medium
  Almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maple extract 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl add almond meal, baking powder, kosher salt, cinnamon powder, eggs, almond milk, maple extract and sugar. Stir and mix well to combine.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet and pour a ladle of the batter. Cook till both sides are done.
3. Repeat step 2 to make 1 more pancake.

SERVING
4. Transfer it to a serving plate and serve it hot, garnished with butter and maple syrup.
