Here we took a recipe from a customer (sean in Boise). Pretty yummy! In the video you see wee mix up about 2 cups of coaches oats pancake mix with 4 scoops of the whey protein powder and 1 cup of water. (make sure you follow the recipe on the bag because they call for an egg and some oil too). We found later on that if you blend this in a blender it turns our really good! In the video we just whisked it up. let us know what you want to see next. Each cake ended up with about 30 grams of protein.
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oats 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Coaches oats pancake mix used)
  Protein powder 96 Gram (4 scoops - Buybulkwhey protein powder used (24 g per scoop))
  Eggs 1 Medium

1. In a bowl, take water, oats pancake mix, protein powder and an egg. Whisk together to form a thick batter. (You can use a blender instead).
2. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat, pour portions of the batter and cook until golden brown on both sides.

3. Serve warm or make a batch and freeze, then reheat before serving.

Make sure you follow the recipe on the bag because they call for an egg and some oil too.

Optional add-ins (not counted in the nutritional info): Chocolate chips, Blueberries, Blackberries nuts, banana chunks.
