Whey Protein Pancake
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oats||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Coaches oats pancake mix used)|
|Protein powder||96 Gram (4 scoops - Buybulkwhey protein powder used (24 g per scoop))|
1. In a bowl, take water, oats pancake mix, protein powder and an egg. Whisk together to form a thick batter. (You can use a blender instead).
2. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat, pour portions of the batter and cook until golden brown on both sides.
3. Serve warm or make a batch and freeze, then reheat before serving.
Make sure you follow the recipe on the bag because they call for an egg and some oil too.
Optional add-ins (not counted in the nutritional info): Chocolate chips, Blueberries, Blackberries nuts, banana chunks.
