Ingredients
  Rising flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients; beat until batter is smooth.
Pour small amount of batter onto hot ungreased griddle.
Bake until underside is golden brown.
Turn; bake other side.
Repeat procedure until all batter is used.
