Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 3
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Rising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mash bananas.
Add buttermilk, eggs and sugar; blend well.
Add flour and soda; beat thoroughly.
Add melted butter.
Pour onto greased hot griddle; cook on both sides until brown.
Serve with  powdered sugar.
