Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Chopped almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
Directions

"Combine rice, eggs, almonds, lemon rind and flour, blend lightly.
Drop by spoonfuls onto hot lightly greased griddle; cook on both sides until lightly browned.
