Cottage Cheese Pancakes
|Cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole-wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1.Combine cottage cheese with egg yolk, whole wheat flour, milk and baking powder.
2.Take a lightly greased skillet, put the mixture in it and cook from both sides.
3.Serve topped with applesauce.
