Zucchini Pancakes

Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 , grated
  Egg yolk 1 (Add Whole Egg After Age 1)
  Whole-wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tofu 2 Tablespoon, mashed
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine zucchini with yolk, flour, tofu, milk and baking powder until slightly damp.
2.Take an oiled skillet and cook the pancakes in it.
3.Cook until golden from both sides.

SERVING
4.Serve warm.
