Family Whole Wheat Pancakes
|Whole-wheat flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Whole Milk / Buttermilk)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
1.Combine flour, baking powder and salt in one bowl.
2.Mix honey, milk, oil and egg in a separate bowl.
3.Stir in milk mixture to flour mixture and mix well.
4.Mix well to avoid lumps.
5.Take a greased skillet, pour the mixture in it using a spoon.
6.Spread it and cook.
7.Reverse and cook from other side.
