Indian Spicy Wheat Pancake

Very quick, healthy and nutritious breakfast dish which is prepared by using whole wheat flour. Very fast to make and is ready in less than 15 mts. Savoury and very filling!
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1⁄2 , diced
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped
  Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
  Chopped coriander 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Take whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl, to that add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder and combine well.
Add water and make in to thin batter.
Add chopped onion, green chillies, tomatoes, coriander leaves and mix well.
Heat up skillet, add some oil and pour a big spoonful of batter, spread batter evenly from all the sides.
Add few drops of oil from all the sides of pancake. Cook till it gets nice golden color.
Flip and cook for 2 mts.
Serve hot with pickle, yogurt, chutney!
