Beef-Filled Pancakes

Snacks are a must for me to nibble on during my leisure and I have found this Beef-Filled Pancakes as a great way to indulge myself. You too would want to try this wonderful and extremely delicious Beef-Filled Pancakes; use this simple recipe then!
Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Pancake mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine beaten eggs, and milk.
Add pancake mix and stir until smooth.
For each pancake, place 1/2 teaspoon butter in a six or seven-inch skillet.
Heat until bubbly.
Pour in two tablespoons of batter and roll pan until bottom is coated.
Cook until underside is brown.
Turn and brown.
Keep hot on a baking sheet in a warm oven while making filling
