Feathery Flavory Pancakes
|Wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cornmeal/Corn meal muffin mix||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
1 In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
2 Into mixing bowl, measure milk.
3 Add in eggs and oil mixing well.
4 Beat until thoroughly mixed.
5 Stir in the dry ingredients and mix lightly, allow the batter to be slightly lumpy.
6 In a skillet or griddle, add a little oil and heat to 380 degrees fahrenheit.
7 Pour the batter and cook, turn the pancakes when the edges appear dry.
8 Cook, turning only once and never pat a pancake.
9 Serve hot.
