Noodle Pancakes

Ingredients
  Fine egg noodles 8 Ounce
  Boiling water 2 1⁄2 Quart
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon powder 1 Tablespoon (Instant Variety)
  Eggs 2 , fork beaten
  All-purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In large uncovered saucepan or Dutch oven boil water add noodles, cooking oil and salt and cook for about 4 to 6 minutes.
2) Drain out from water.
3) Transfer the noodles back to the pot.
4) Cool for 5 or 10 minutes.
5) Mix soy sauce, bouillon powder, eggs and flour. Stir well.
6) In frying pan heat butter.
7) Shape pasta into patties. Add it to the pan and brown both sides.
8) Add butter if required.

SERVING
9) Serve warm as a hot pasta dish.
