|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry milk powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cornmeal||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweetened rhubarb sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Undrained)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix all dry ingredients together thoroughly.
Mix together egg, oil, rhubarb sauce, and water.
Blend into dry mixture.
Batter will be thick; add more water if necessary.
Fry in buttered fry pan.
