Silver Dollar Pancakes With Mixed Berry Topping
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Baking soda||2 Teaspoon|
|Buttermilk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Egg beaters||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fleischmann's margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted, divided|
|Mixed berry topping||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking soda.
Stir in buttermilk, Egg Beaten and 2 tablespoons margarine just until blended.
Brush large nonstick griddle or skillet with some of remaining margarine; heat over medium-high heat.
Using 1 heaping tablespoon batter for each pancake, spoon batter onto griddle.
Cook until bubbly; turn and cook until lightly browned.
Repeat with remaining batter using remaining margarine as needed to make 28 pancakes.
Serve hot with Mixed Berry Topping.
