Spicy Oat Pancakes

Ingredients
  Regular oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Honey/Molasses 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together flour, oats, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon and baking soda.
2.In a separate bowl, combine egg, oil, honey and milk. Blend well.
3.Mix together the dry mixture and liquid mixture.
4.Spray hot griddle with cooking spray.
5.Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle.
6.Wait for bubbles to be formed and then flip over pancake.
7. Cook both sides.

SERVING
8. Serve with caramel sauce and butter.
