Wild Mountain Blueberry Pancakes
|Low fat buttermilk/Plain nonfat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low-fat buttermilk/Plain nonfat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed and drained|
1.Take a large bowl, mix together egg, vanilla, buttermilk.
2. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
3. Combine both mixtures.
4. Add in the blueberries and stir gently.
5.Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
6. Ladle 1/4 cup batter on the hot skillet.
7. Once the pancake bubbles, flip over to the other side.
8.Cook both sides until golden brown.
9. Serve warm with syrup.
